Twisted Classics
The Refinery -
Presented by Chambord Vodka and Collingwood Canadian Whiskey
The Refinery is excited to host one of the Tales of the Cocktails’ Spirited Dinner Series on February 13th , 2012 at 7:00pm.
With the Twisted Classics cocktail dinner, The Refinery will showcase a variety of culinary techniques from both the kitchen and bartending perspectives. Given an outline for the cocktails, Chef Kirk Morrison created a menu to mirror components and notes of the classic cocktail. Bartender and General Manager, Graham Racich twisted the classics putting a Refinery spin and pairing them appropriately with each course.
