Casey MacKay, The Pourhouse & Corby Distilleries
Bio:
Casey has been bartending for close to 10 years now. He first got in to the restaurant business years ago with Earls and has tended bar at a few spots around town, most notably with the DHM group at Granville Room and Republic. Casey got his first taste of the world of cocktails at Granville Room from one of his managers, Ian McRae. Ian turned him on to a book called "the Craft of the Cocktail" by the legendary Dale Degroff and there's been no turning back. Currently, Casey works as the on-premise manager for Corby Distilleries and still tends bar once a week at the Pourhouse in Gastown.
