Simon has been a professional bartender and mentor throughout British Columbia for the past 22 years. He has developed his discipline and technique through every facet of the bar industry, from neighbourhood watering holes to high-volume Granville Street night clubs to craft cocktail lounges. Simon has been recognized by Tourism BC as one of the province’s leading service bartenders. He currently practices and teaches his philosophy of personalized service and classicist cocktail construction in Victoria, BC.
