About Robyn Gray:
Robyn has been a barman for 12 years, starting his career in Glasgow, Scotland as well as tending bar in Edinburgh, Scotland and Brighton, England. Working at the Queens Cross Pub, Tantra Waterfront Bar and Grill as well as The Ocean Club, all in North Vancouver, he now proudly hails from Gastown, working at two locations, the Revel Room and Calabash Bistro. He has had the advantage of working with many inspiring barman such as Shaun Layton, Darryl MacDonald, Keenan Hood, David Wolowydnk, Robert “H” Holl-Allen, Jay Browne and Derek Vanderhiede. Representing the Revel Room, a southern-american style restaurant and cocktail lounge, for the cocktail kitchen he feels is a perfect fit. Pouring many southern classics for his guests at Revel, he is very excited to showcase some original tipples that he is confident will not disappoint for this Southern-style Cocktail Kitchen.
