About Brian Grant:
Brian has worked in hospitality since 15 years old, making the jump to bartender at 19.
Brian learned the ropes while tending bar at the Jericho Tennis club. It was there Brian first experimented with fresh juices and classic recipies. Brian did the rounds: from night clubs and high volume, to prestiged cocktail bars like YEW in the Four Seasons, and Voya at the Loden Hotel.
Take a break and win some comps? Ya,... Brian has won a few - from the Giffard Iron Mixologist to the Finlandia Cup.
As a well seasoned vet with now over 20 years experience in the industry, Brian can be found making cocktails as a part owner and bartender at the Pourhouse in Gastown.
