About Justin "JT" Tisdale
Justin was formerly the Restaurant Manager & Beverage Operations Manager for MARKET by Jean-Georges and the Shangri-La hotel, Vancouver. As the hotel’s resident mixologist in May 2010 he had an award-winning performance at the Giffard International Competition in Angers, France. Justin has also won the chance to represent Canada in the Tahona Society International Tequila Bartending Championships next May. With an extensive background in the hospitality industry, Justin has opened/worked/and ran such establishments such as Lumiere, Boneta and Chow, and Market by Jean-Georges; Justin brings with him his passion for great cocktails, a vast knowledge of unique dishes and genuine service. Justin Tisdall has continually risen amongst the ranks in every establishment he has worked culmionating to the new challenge ahead where he will assume the roll of General Manager for Vancouver's Chambar.
