Lab-Rat Thursdays
Lab-Rat Thursdays is all about science.
Each Thursday Lauren Mote and the team will host a regular dinner service with a twist - no special cocktail lists, and no rules: what you get is science.
This is the only night of the week where Lauren will be bartending, and on this night guests will have the chance to select from interesting ingredients, and have custom cocktail created for them using conventional methods with a twist. These ingredients will not be available any other night of the week.
The only way to learn about them is to show up. The Refinery is open Thursdays 5:00pm - 1:00am. Lab-Rat starts December 16 2010.
