Women & Beer - Vancouver Craft Beer Week

Meet and mingle with some of our local women in the beer industry:
- Aly Tomlin, Operation manager, R&B Brewing
- Becky Julseth, Co-owner, Saltspring Island Ales
- Claire Connolly, Brewer, Turning Point Brewery
- Leslie Fenn, Owner and Director, Howe Sound Brewing
- Pat Dyck, Co-Owner, Cannery Brewing
- Rebecca Kneen, Co-owner and assistant brewer Crannog Ales
They will introduce you to the beer they help produce, while you enjoy delicious food created by chef Mike Carter, from the Refinery, to match with specially selected beers. We will then be treated to Crannog’s “Back Hand of God” stout matched with hand made chocolates from local Cocoa nymph. In addition there will also be Lesley Stowe’s Raincoast Crisps, SaltSpring Island cheese and goodie bags to take home from LUSH and Skoah.
Enjoy the old school funk, soul and motown spinnings of Refinery DJ Eric Carver from 8:00 pm onwards!
The Refinery bar and kitchen will also be available to guests all night above and beyond the event.
